Birthday and Father's Day BBQ Gift Basket

It's Monday once again. Yesterday was such a nice day as the whole family got together to celebrate my Dad's birthday and Father's Day all in one. Here's what I've been working on for the past couple of weeks for my Dad: a BBQ Box.
First, I made a fun apron for my Dad. I took a printed the image I wanted on my apron onto a plain piece of paper. I held it up against a window and traced it onto my apron.
I took my fabric paints and painted my image.
Next, I made a hand towel to hang from the BBQ. I just took a plain hand towel and put a grommet in the middle of the top. Then I painted some words on it. I chose to write BBQ King.
The last thing to do was to decorate the box. I used my stencil and made it look fun.
And there you have it! I added a BBQ sauce and some spices in a cute magnetic jar. Now my Dad is all set for the BBQ season.

Happy Crafting,

PS: Here's where we link up.
